How the Loyalty Programme Works

Joining our loyalty programme is simple and completely free.

You earn one loyalty stamp for every R1 000 spent in a single visit at Refinement Clinic. Stamps are added per visit and cannot be combined across multiple visits to reach the required spend.

As you continue your treatment journey, your stamps accumulate over time. Once you have collected nine stamps, you unlock one FREE treatment on your next visit, with a maximum value of R850.

There are no complicated rules — just consistent rewards for taking care of yourself.

Who Can Join?

The loyalty programme is available to all Refinement Clinic clients.

Whether you visit us for facials, body contouring, laser hair removal, massage or tanning, you can start earning loyalty stamps from your very first qualifying appointment.

The programme is valid only at Refinement Clinic, 190 Kock Street, Rustenburg, and loyalty cards are non-transferable.

Loyalty Card Validity & Expiry

Each loyalty card expires 12 months (365 days) from the date it is first added to the client’s wallet (the activation date).

All stamps collected on the card expire together on this date. Once expired, unused stamps are forfeited and a new loyalty card is required to continue earning rewards.

Loyalty Programme Terms & Conditions

  • One (1) loyalty stamp is awarded for every R1 000 spent in a single visit at Refinement Clinic.
  • Spend amounts cannot be combined across multiple visits to qualify for a stamp.
  • A total of nine (9) stamps must be collected to qualify for one FREE treatment on the next visit.
  • The free treatment is limited to a maximum value of R850.
  • Each loyalty card expires 12 months (365 days) from the date it is first added to the customer’s wallet (the activation date).
  • All stamps collected on the card expire together on this date.
  • Once expired, unused stamps are forfeited and a new loyalty card is required to continue earning rewards.
  • The loyalty programme is valid only at Refinement Clinic, located at 190 Kock Street, Rustenburg.
  • Loyalty stamps and rewards cannot be exchanged, refunded, replaced or redeemed for cash.
  • Loyalty cards are non-transferable and may not be shared, sold or gifted to another person.
  • Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, specials or offers unless stated otherwise.
  • Refinement Clinic reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute relating to the loyalty programme.
  • Participation in the loyalty programme indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
